We would like Your company to give a quote for Corten steel ducts production. In total ~170 tons.

Offer should include :



Excell file filled in graphs 1.2 , 2.1 ÷2.5;
Workshop drawings preparation / approval with customer. Step file (3D model) will be provided by client;
Material for ducts – Corten A ( analogue S355J0WP) . Steel supports – material S235J2 / S355J2 ( alternative for 2.3 and 2.4 - Corten B);
Leak test for ducts to be included;
Delivery terms – end of February (2022) . Please specify production time in weeks;
Loading and fixing to ship ( FOB , Incoterms 2012) .



General requirements :



Production standard – designers not mentioned , but I assume we will follow EN 1090 EXC 2;
Tolerances according EN13920 BF ( medium);
Welds EN 5817- B;
NDT – 10 procent MT , 10 procent UT and 100 VT procent;
Leak test for all duct segments to be included in workshop;
EN 12944-5 – C5 painting – only for supports ( pendelum and fixed points);
Corten ducts – no surface treatment !!!;
Notify Body (NOBO ) inspections – not included in manufacturers scope.
